Yoga for Anxiety Workshop for Teens

A workshop to introduce teens to simple tools they can use at home, school, work and in social settings to help relieve physical, mental and emotional tension due to stress & anxiety. Practices will include easy movement, mindfulness of body & breathing, iRest Yoga Nidra and restorative poses which calm the nervous system and foster relaxation.
