Online Classes

Online Schedule Until Saturday, April 18

Below is our online class schedule available to students who have paid in full for our winter session to honour the remaining 4 weeks of their registration, as well as current 10-Class Pass holders (4 classes will be used).

It is also available to those who have purchased our online package of unlimited classes (now pro-rated at 2 weeks until April 18 for $40 + HST with e-transfer ($45.20 via your online banking using our email: info@andreasoosyoga.com) or PayPal (click here).

You will be sent a daily email with links to join our virtual classes in real time using Zoom, with unlimited access to all 8 classes offered weekly, including a Friday Night iRest class on April 17.  You're welcome to attend all if you wish!

Thank you for supporting our yoga community and small business during this unprecedented time.  Your attendance will help us keep the plant running until we reconvene at the studio.

Please join us with Zoom 5-10 minutes before your virtual class to 'meet & greet' and get set up (with home props & technology!). Each class will include 1 hour of movement, with time to check-in before & afterwards. Online teaching & learning is different, but we're up for the challenge! Mostly, we look forward to seeing familiar faces and helping each other through these challenges.
