2023 Spring Online Schedule

 

Unlimited Zoom & Recorded Spring Online Classes

 

Our spring online session gives participants unlimited access to 8 movement classes each week and iRest Yoga Nidra once per month live on Zoom until from Tuesday, April 11 to Thursday, June 29 with recorded classes available on demand until Sunday, July 2.

 

You will receive daily email reminders with links, ID numbers and passwords to join us live with Zoom and to view our library of over 250 on-demand classes anytime.

 

The fee for the remaining 5 weeks of live & recorded classes is $150 + HST. To make a payment with PayPal click here (*if you wish to use a credit card and don't have a PayPal account, you can enter the PayPal portal then select the prompt to pay with a credit or debit card instead).  You may also pay with e-transfer using your online banking and our email address: info@andreasoosyoga.com ($169.50 including HST).

 

For those paying for the full 12 weeks of classes in 2 instalments of $180 + HST due April 10 and May 14, you may click here using PayPal/credit or submit your payment with e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com ($203.40).

 

Our Online Intro Offer for one week of unlimited classes live on Zoom is available anytime for $25 + HST ($28.25) with PayPal by clicking here or by e-transfer using info@andreasoosyoga.com.

Please note there will be no live Zoom classes on Victoria Day weekend from Saturday, May 20 8 to Monday, May 22 and from Friday, June 30 to Sunday, July 2.  Summer online classes begin on Monday, July 3.

Please join us with Zoom 5-10 minutes before your virtual class to 'meet & greet' and gather props. Each class will include 1 hour of movement, with time to check in before and after. Please have the following props available: yoga mat or pad, blankets or towels, bolsters or pillows, a therapy or tennis ball, a strap or belt, a block or hardcover book, 2 light weights (cans or water bottles), a few heavier weight options and an eye pillow
